On June 25th - Please be our guest at a special Tugboat Happy Hour Preview, and bring a friend! 5:30 – 8:30 PM Aboard the 130-year old tugboat Arthur Foss, moored at the Historic Ships Wharf at Lake Union Park
The Seattle classic Duck Dodge races occur on most Tuesdays from May through September on Lake Union. Each race has a theme, and the boats and sailors are often the best part of the show! Tuesday, June 25th is PROM NIGHT!
To give those NOT on the sailboats a chance to get together, relax, eat, drink, and be merry Northwest Seaport hosts Happy Hour aboard our museum ship Arthur Foss, moored at the Historic Ships Wharf in south Lake Union.
This special preview of what Tugboat Happy Hour is all about will provide plenty of food and drink (beer, wine, cider, Mike’s, and, of course, water), as well as the ambiance of the oldest floating tugboat in the world (we think). Arrive anytime, but note that the races start at 7 PM. Must be 21+. Capacity is limited, so be sure to RSVP below.
If you’ve never seen this eclectic madhouse of a sailboat race, complete with themes for the boats and sailors, you need to treat yourself to what Fodor’s called “One of the Top 100 Things To Do in North America.” Join the party on the tugboat! 860 Terry Avenue North | Seattle, WA 98109 The Arthur Foss is moored at the Historic Ships Wharf behind MOHAI. Please RSVP.
